Long time BBQ enthusiasts, the Parkhill boys have decided to take their  backyard Southern Style barbecue skills to the next level! They’ve come a  long way from the backwoods of Scarborough back in the day, and are  embarking on a journey into the world of competition. The inaugural  voyage will be the Canadian Festival of Chili and BBQ in British  Columbia this May. This is Canada’s oldest and most prestigious Cooking  Competitions and provides a gateway to Kansas City (American Royal),  Lynchburg (Jack Daniels Invitational), Terlingua (Terlingua  International Chili Cook off) and Fort Worth (SCA World Steak  Championships). We will be partaking in all categories on the weekend of  May 1 - 3. If you are in the area, come on by and say hi!
